At UNICEF The Netherlands we find it important that all volunteers and employees can work safely and pleasantly. We do not accept undesirable behavior: sexual harassment, discrimination, aggression, bullying, fraud and wrongdoing. Together, employees, members of the Supervisory Board and volunteers are responsible for upholding the name of UNICEF.
In concrete terms, this means that all employees, members of the Supervisory Board and volunteers must subscribe to the UNICEF The Netherlands Code of Conduct. In addition, volunteers must subscribe to the volunteer regulations. Furthermore, a VOG is required for all employees of the office, members of the Supervisory Board and all chairmen, secretaries and treasurers of regional teams. More information, such as the details of the Confidential Advisor, the integrity committee, the Child Safeguarding contactperson and tips and protocols to guarantee compliance, can be found on Mijn UNICEF.
