We do not accept undesirable behavior: sexual harassment, discrimination, aggression, bullying, fraud and wrongdoing. Together, employees, members of the Supervisory Board and volunteers are responsible for upholding the name of UNICEF.

In concrete terms, this means that all employees, members of the Supervisory Board and volunteers must subscribe to the UNICEF The Netherlands Code of Conduct. In addition, volunteers must subscribe to the volunteer regulations.
