When is there a customised rate for collective grower stands at trade fairs?
We only offer the possibility to use the customised rate for growers who represent a growers' collective or a sales organisation for a group of growers and who want to set up a stand space together at the Trade Fair Aalsmeer or Trade Fair Rijswijk. This is a cheaper rate than the standard rate for individual growers.
· The customised rate is for growers or sales organisation for growers who want to set up a joint stand space at the trade fair.
· This stand space may only be used to promote growers and not other services, for example third parties or the sales organisation itself.
· For each customised stand, there is one (1) point of contact for the stand and for financial settlement.
· There is one (1) stand number per customised stand. However, it is possible to list participating growers under that same stand number on the list of participants.
· If a collective stand participant is not a member but a supplier of Royal FloraHolland, Royal FloraHolland's account management must be consulted about the conditions under which this grower can participate in the trade fair. If allowed, the customised rate +40% for the m2 of this supplier is then paid.
· For customised stands from 24 m2, there is a customised rate including standard stand construction.
· There is a special rate for customised stands for stands from 60 m2 without standard stand construction (only bare m2 is rented and electricity; 1 Kwh electric power per grower with a maximum of 1 Kwh per 8 m2 of stand area).
· You should indicate upon registration for which growers (with grower no.) the stand is being requested.
· The customised rate does not apply to traders who sell growers' products at their own risk and expense; the rate for traders/exporters applies in that case.
· If it appears that the customised rate was wrongly charged on the basis of established facts and/or circumstances at the Trade Fair Aalsmeer/Rijswijk and/or other circumstances, Royal FloraHolland reserves the right to charge a corrected rate and an administration fee.
