Application form Proof of payment of tuition fees

With this form you can request a 'Proof of payment of tuition fees' (Dutch term: BBC). This is a document that is used to prove to another Dutch university (of applied sciences) that you have paid tuition fees at THUAS. We can only issue a BBC if you are eligible to pay the statutory tuition fee. Note that we can only issue a BBC for a particular year if you are enrolled for that academic year.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need a BBC for 2023-2024, please arrange your re-enrolment first, you can do this via Studielink from 23 May onwards. Please come back to complete this form afterwards.

If you need a proof of payment for another purpose (such as for grant application, employer, tax authorities, parents), please contact the tuition fees administration at collegegeld@hhs.nl.

Please note: From the academic year 2022-2023 onwards, Dutch universities are starting to use automatic BBC exchange via Studielink. For that reason, we would like to ask you to do the following:

1. When you are arranging your (re-)enrolment for your other university in Studielink, please check if the payment options include "Payment via BBC".
2. If available, please select that option. Your other university and THUAS will exchange the BBC automatically via Studielink. You can now close this form.
3. If not available, please continue to complete this form to request a BBC from THUAS.

When taking care of your enrolment for the other minor / full degree course, did you check if you could apply for a BBC via Studielink? *
