Request for copy of diploma
 

For THUAS qualifications that were issued in or after 1996, you can download a digital extract of your diploma details from the national Diploma Register of the Dutch government free of charge. The digital extract (a pdf) comes with a security certificate serving to confirm its authenticity and is considered valid proof of your obtained diploma. More information is available on the website of DUO.

The Student Services Desk can issue a certified copy of your diploma at any time. Feel free to come and visit us with your original diploma documents and we’ll help you out. 

If these options for some reason are not sufficient or possible, or if your diploma was issued before 1996, you can request a copy via this form. This service is free of charge. If it concerns a diploma issued in or after 2018, we can usually do this within one week. If it concerns a diploma that was issued longer ago, please take into account a processing time of around 6 weeks.
