You can file an objection to the Dispute Resolution Committee against a (written) decision which was made by or on behalf of the Executive Board and which directly affects you in your interests.
This may involve, for instance, the refusal, withdrawal, or termination of your enrolment, but also the granting or rejection of financial support via the Profiling Fund.
An objection must be filed within six weeks from the day the decision was send/published. It is important that you file your objection on time. If you are not on time, your objection can be declared inadmissible. This means you might lose your right to file an objection.
Before taking your objection into consideration, the Dispute Resolution Committee needs some specific information.
