Shipping to the Netherlands is also not possible using this order form.

Delivery can only be made to the country selected during shipping.

Collection is only possible on working days during our opening hours.

Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:45 pm.
 

We will send you an e-mail as soon as the order is ready and will be sent. From that moment on,
someone must be present at the delivery address for the next 5 working days between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM

It is not possible to specify a more precise delivery date.

These Orders are packed in large crates, and therefore cannot be sent with a package delivery service. We ship your order with a Dutch carrier, who then distributes the shipment to various foreign transport companies, who deliver it to collection points from where it is delivered to you with smaller cars.
This means that it is not possible to communicate with the carrier.
Payment exclusive of VAT is only possible if your Firm is a EC Country outside the Netherlands Upon receipt of your order we will check your data with the Dutch Tax Authorities. in case you chose prepayment through bank transfer, and if your data are correct, we will send you a confirmation (through E-Mail) mentioning the amount (exclusive of VAT) and our bank details, this might take one working day. If you paid this order including VAT, we can not pay back the VAT at a later stage. The sales tax is then paid by us to the Dutch tax authority.
If you choose: Prepayment through bank transfer, you can use the bank data mentioned on our confirmation E-Mail. 
If you choose: Prepayment through bank transfer EXCLUSIVE OF VAT you have to wait until you receive our confirmation E-Mail.

These will be sent within 24 hours on working days.
 
If you have chosen "online payment incl. VAT" you will not receive a Pro-Forma Invoice.
If you fill in the E-mail address of your accounting, we send the pro forma also to this "email address accounting".
We also send the original invoice (within 24 hours after payment is received) to you email address and accounting to this E-mail address.
