Any request received will be reviewed and prioritised by the EMQN Management team and we will endeavor to respond to your request within 1 month. Limited funding for Best Practice Meetings is available, however EMQN will seek to promote the use of virtual technology where this will allow the group to meet their aims. If there is a specific need for a physical meeting, a budget would need to be agreed in advance with the EMQN Director. Therefore the EMQN Best Practice Coordinator would need to understand your requirements and justification. This would include possible locations (it is recommended this is a central European hub; Germany, The Netherlands, UK, France), the number of attendees required and the duration of the meeting.
Please add any other comments you think we should know:
Following completion of the draft guidelines and prior to submission to a journal, it’s expected this would be sent for review by both EMQN’s nominated Best Practice Board Representative and also the wider community. EMQN will again coordinate this process.
