RE Cooperative Volunteer Form

The Children and Youth Religious Education Programs at UUCMC are cooperative and depend on volunteer hours to successfully serve our young congregants with quality experiences. To insure that classes and events are structured and organized, families with children and youth in the program are required to complete service to the program during the congregational program year.
We ask that families with children enrolled complete six service points. Volunteer positions will be filled on a first come, first assigned basis. Please note that the REC will do its best to serve eveyone's needs but changes may be necessary.
Please select the appropriate number of volunteer oppurtunites to cover your family obligation. Place a check next to the events/role you are willing to complete. Please note that dates are subject to change. |
