		Overall Meeting Sponsorship - $5,000 (2 available) - Includes – 3 registrations for the entire conference, and 1 exhibit space (10x10 Booth). Your company will be listed as sponsoring all program tracks. Your organization will have signage in the program and at the conference along with 1 quarter ad in the IUVA News (fall edition).
		Gold Sponsor - $3000.00 (4 available) - Includes – 2 registrations for the entire conference and your organization will have signage in the program and at the conference along with 1 quarter ad in the IUVA News (fall edition). Your company will also sponsor the evening receptions.
		Silver Sponsor - $1500.00 (6 available) - Includes – 1 registration for the entire conference. Your company will co-sponsor the lunches and coffee breaks and you will receive signage at the conference and in the program.
