Such right for exploitation also includes the exclusive right for Borealis to apply for and secure intellectual property rights concerning such thesis or idea. The applicant gives his content that – if elected as winner – Borealis and its affiliated companies may take photographs of himself during the Borealis Innovation Day and issue a press release and promotional communications activities containing a summary of his thesis, his name and/or photographs of himself in relation with the award of the Borealis Student Innovation Award.
